Japan Trip 2016: Day 4 Part 2 5 Dec 2016 Mon - Ginza & Tokyo Station

After lunch, we desposited our goodies bought from Tocho and took a little break before heading out to Ginza. We saw the Wako Clock Tower and the Kabuki-za Theatre. I wasn't interested in shopping for clothes and assessories as the season wasn't right so we left pretty quickly after seeing the two main landmarks in Ginza. :P

There was still daylight left, I thought might as well go see Tokyo Station, Marunouchi and maybe the Nijubashi Bridge of the Imperial Palace. However we were side-tracked by ice-cream from the vending machine and also a fair cum exhibition of handicrafts made by special needs students in Japan to encourage awareness.
After the unexpected shopping at the fair, it was too dark to see much. Guess we will leave the Imperial Palace and Garden for a future trip lol. We took some photos of Tokyo Station. The Tokyo Station main station brick-built facade survived from the time when the station was first opened in 1914. It has lots of character.

We went back to Shinjuku Takashimaya for early dinner, not before we took photos at the Winter Garden on the 13 floor. We would rest early tonight for we need to leave early in the morning tomorrow for DisneySea!
