Japan Trip 2016: Day 3 Part 1 4 Dec 2016 Sun - Shinjuku Gyoen National Garden

We had a late start with it being a Sunday and we took a leisurely walk to Shinjuku Gyoen National Garden. We were most surprised, elated and thrilled to see AUTUMN COLOURS in the garden! 
I deeply, madly and truly fell in love in with the reds and oranges of the delicate Japanese maple leaves and the golden yellows of gingko leaves. I will let the photos speak for themselves, the beauty of the autumn colours. 

It's really fun eating soft serve ice cream in winter!

After a beautiful and wonderful time in Shinjuku Gyoen National Garden, we went to Shibuya and Harajuku.

Sunset. As I am a visual person, I absolutely love the brightly coloured sunset with the vibrant shades of reds and oranges. Somehow I feel very alive when I see such display of colours across the sky. As the sun slowly sets, the vibrant red and orange change to different shades of purple at twilight and finally to various shades of blue at dusk. But it is always the reds and oranges that captivate my senses.

However, not all sunset have the same intensity of colours. On some days, the sunset is just dull. My girls will always shout for me when they see a particularly beautiful sunset. Yes, I have trained them well, lol. Here's a sunset that I love.

Years back, out of fun, I had an aura reading where I had to sit in this booth and then a picture of me was taken where there were colours emitting from me. The results then is similar to what I got tonight from Blogthing. Lol. Coincidence? Who knows? But one thing for sure, I haven't changed my temper, hahaha. I still see red very easily. No pun intended, lol. :P
