Japan Trip 2016: Day 3 Part 1 4 Dec 2016 Sun - Shinjuku Gyoen National Garden

We had a late start with it being a Sunday and we took a leisurely walk to Shinjuku Gyoen National Garden. We were most surprised, elated and thrilled to see AUTUMN COLOURS in the garden! 
I deeply, madly and truly fell in love in with the reds and oranges of the delicate Japanese maple leaves and the golden yellows of gingko leaves. I will let the photos speak for themselves, the beauty of the autumn colours. 

It's really fun eating soft serve ice cream in winter!

After a beautiful and wonderful time in Shinjuku Gyoen National Garden, we went to Shibuya and Harajuku. 

Autumn

I heard that the autumn in Korea is really beautiful. :) I can't wait to see it for myself when I am in Korea this coming late October, early November.
