The full moon in each month has a name or names, depending on the source.According to the Old Farmer's Almanac, the full moon in May is called Flower Moon. The Neo-Pagan called it Planting Moon while the Celtic called it Dyad Moon. The English called it Grass Moon or Hare Moon. Other names include Milk Moon and Corn Planting Moon.
I was in the kitchen watching my cup when I looked up into the sky and was amazed by what I saw.
The moon, the waning gibbous moon to be exact, was nicely framed by clouds. It was a beautiful sight. The photo doesn't do it justice.
