Eat, Drink & Relax

That's theme for tonight's dinner organised by my godsister (she's goddaughter to my parents since she was 3 or 4 years old) and her family. :) It has been years since her mother has had a dinner party for close friends and family. The private dinner event was held at Salta Argentina Restaurant. It was a buffet with the dishes customised. The grilled meat dishes (chicken, lamb, beef) were pretty tender and juicy (heard so from others who ate beef and lamb :P). Loved the grilled vegetables and sausages too. Totally loved the chocolate and caramel cake! :) There were plenty of red wine and champagne going round for those who drink and juices for the non-drinkers.

It was good catching up with my godsister, her husband and her family as well as my former Chinese tutor. :) It was indeed eat, drink and relax! :) 

Wedding Lunch

The girls went with their maternal grandparents to a family friend's son's wedding lunch. Only family and close friends were invited. I stayed at home because I needed to work on my writing. According to the girls, it was a nice, cosy wedding lunch held at one of the rented chalets. According to the girls, they ate a lot! :P
