We sat indoors (with ac) as it was a pretty warm day. The restaurant is bright, clean-cut and simple in design. It is also very child-friendly. Besides providing children's books for their reading pleasure, there is a playground for the children too.
From the Children's Meal (with juice) ($12.50): Marieann had Fish and Chips, salad and fries while Juliane had Chicken nuggets, salad and fries. The portions were just right for them.
I had Tagliatelle pasta with braised duck, olives, parmesan and parsley ($18). It was like a "west-meets-east" kind of fusion food. The braised duck and its sauce went well with the pasta, its saltiness was just right with the pasta. But I avoided the olives as they were just too salty for me.
The girls' father had French toast which really looked appealing to the senses with the berries. :) Unfortunately no pic as it was not very sharp. :(
