I have been on a frantic search since last week after the conference to look for RAs for a new project that would be starting in July. My boss has left me to oversee the project while he is away. I am getting really stressed. There are more than a dozen of applicants but very few suitable. :( Interviews have been arranged for those few we deemed suitable but we need to have a few more options! Sigh. We really need to have the RAs in place by end of the month.
Where are you, RA??!!
