Christine's Farewell

Another of our good friend and colleague, Christine is leaving. I helped to organise a farewell lunch as well as get the farewell gift for her. Hmm, seemed like I am always organising farewells and gatherings. Maybe should consider doing this as a sideline, lol.

We met up at Miao Yi Vegetarian Restaurant, 3rd level of Coronation Plaza. Christine is a vegetarian. We really enjoyed the food as we never had such nice vegetarian food, all thanks to Christine's recommendation! :) We also enjoyed ourselves chatting and laughing away. We chatted about her future job, her plans, and others. We handed her her gift and a card. She was delighted with the practicality of her gift, lol. Thanks, Christine for being so nice to me. I really didn't know what to buy from Porter International. :P So to make up for the lack of creativity for the gift, I wrote an extra long personal message in the card, hahaha. :)

After the lunch, Christine and I went our good friend's new place for a look as he has just moved to a new apartment. We had a good time chatting away at his place too.

I wish you all the best in your new job. It is a new milestone for you, a new adventure for you. Forge ahead and have fun. You will always have us as friends, no matter where we are! You take care. Keep in touch!
