Wet and Cold

According to the weather forecast by Hong Kong Observatory, 
"A replenishment of the northeast monsoon will bring cloudy and rainy weather to southern China over the weekend. The temperature will fall further over the region. Under persistent influence of the monsoon, it will remain cool over the coast of Guangdong early next week." (Source: http://www.hko.gov.hk/wxinfo/currwx/fnd.htm)

ARGH! It is going to be wet and cold when I am in Hong Kong. :(

Boom Boom CRACK!

Today I witnessed the longest streak of lightning as it cut across the sky followed by the loudest clap of thunder. It was a frightening sight and sound. :S What followed was the many more streaks of lightning and claps of thunder, all too near for comfort, and the heaviest storm to date.

Wet Week

It has been a rather wet week so far, raining for the past few days. Wonder if it will continue raining for the rest of the week.

Long Life Rain (长命雨)

It has been raining/ drizzling non-stop since last night for over 20 hours. The weather has been cool throughout the day and cold at night, especially since we are staying on higher floors. 
The weather forecast for the next few days is going to be rain and showers. :( No leather shoes for the next few days... 

Showers, Rain, Thunderstorms

July is supposedly one of the hottest months in Singapore. However, there has no sight of that sunny hot weather anywhere. Instead, it has been raining cats and dogs whenever it could, which is almost every day! Sigh. I have no choice but to wear Crocs pumps as my leather shoes would only get wet. Hope the weather will get better.
