CORE Team Lunch

Lunch with the research team. A bunch of passionate researchers. My fortune to be able to work with yet another great bunch of colleagues and friends!

First Team Visit

To provide support (moral and physical) to my research assistants, I went with them for this school visit. A milestone for our research team. :) We had a debriefing at a nearby cafe, Penny University, followed by nice lunch celebration.

Team Bonding

As a project team, we attended a lecture, Performance Assessment, Peer, and Self-Assessment by Dr Susan Brookhart organised by MOE. It is our way of team bonding and professional development lol. :P
My team of wonderful research assistants and more importantly, my friends too.

Adventure and Game

Heard of escape adventure games that have been appearing all over the island. Apparently they are real-life escape adventure games where for each game, a team of 2-10 players are locked in a room and must work together to escape from the room. There are many themes to choose from for the adventure games. Sounds like major fun. I can't wait to try one! :)

Overdue Team Lunch

My team and I had our team lunch. Finally! :) It is long overdue because it has been so hard to find the time for our team lunch.
I would usually treat my RAs to lunch after a period of hard work in our project as way of thank you and also to build camaraderie. But for this lunch, besides the usual, it is also to celebrate my handing in of my revised thesis. :) We went to Swensen's for lunch. As usual, the highlight of the lunch was our huge Earthquake sundae! :)

My wonderful team!
