Stepped Down

Our estate had its AGM (Annual General Meeting) in the afternoon. I wasn't feeling too well, don't want to risk it in a room full of people, so I didn't attend it. I decided to step down from being a council member in the estate's management council. I have been a council member and an office bearer for the past few years. It is time for new blood and for other residents to volunteer their time and effort for the estate. I have done my duties.

Ordinary

We had our first management council meeting for our estate after the AGM last month. After a few years of being an office bearer (treasurer, secretary), I am glad to be just an ordinary council member again. No more signing of cheques, no more vetting of minutes, ... :)

Estate AGM

My estate held its AGM in the afternoon. I have been nominated and re-elected into the management council. Plenty of work ahead.

Crisis Management

I have been managing one crisis after another since the morning until afternoon and right in the midst of handling them all, I had to go to school as well. I guess with great responsibilty, comes great stress hahaha. :P

PS. Actually it is quite challenging and fun - crisis management. Yes, I have been told I am strange. Lol.
