NAPFA Test

Juliane had her 2.4km run today which is one component of the NAPFA (National Physical Fitness Award) test. She said she was so exhausted after the run.
So far, she has accumulated 17 points from the other five components (sit-ups, standing broad jumps, sit & reach, incline pulls up, shuttle run). I just hope she can get Gold haha. I received Gold award for all my NAPFA tests from Primary 6 to Junior College 2. My best component is always the 2.4km run with a personal best record of 10 minutes. :)

Health Tracker

I got my mother a Fitbit Charge HR since her Xiao Mi that she was using died on her.
Now I really know how FIT my mother is!!! On average, she walks between 12,000 to 14,000 steps and she climbs an average of 20 stairs per day!!
I really have to get fit. :(

Passed!

Juliane passed her first physical fitness test! :) But she passed her 1.6km only on her second attempt. Her first attempt was 25 minutes! Her buddy who was telling her how many laps to go told Juliane her timing was ok. To have my child fail 1.6km run, especially when I ran 2.4km in 10 minutes, it was such a shock.
Thank goodness, she passed on her second attempt and ran 1.6km in 12 minutes. Now I wonder what she was doing in her first attempt, walked?! She has gotten a Bronze for her first fitness test. Not a bad achievement. Hopefully she will get fitter for her next physical fitness test. :)

NAPFA Test

Being in Primary 4, Marieann is taking her very first National Physical Fitness Award/Assessment test or better known as NAPFA test. She asked how I did for my NAPFA tests when I was in school. I told her that I received a Bronze in Primary 4 and from Primary 5 to JC2, I received Golds. I think she felt pressured lol. :P She was pretty nervous and has been preparing hard for it - in school and at home.
She had her NAPFA test today and she passed! :) That's my girl lol.
