Day 5 in Taipei 2013 (III) - Jingtong (菁桐)

Before lunch, we went to visit Jingtong (菁桐). 
Jingtong Station is the start and also the end of the Pingxi line. It was built in 1929, and it is charming with its old Japanese style building. 

Right next to Jingtong Station is Jingtong Old Street (菁桐老街), not a very long street. 

On the old street is also the Railway Story Museum (菁桐鐵道故事館) which is a hot spot for photograph taking. 

After Jingtong, we actually wanted to visit Pingxi but as time was running short (we spent too much time in the shops lol), we headed back to Shifen for lunch.
